General delivery policy

We're delighted you've chosen Jeunesse Dorée for your purchases. Our team is committed to providing you with quality service, which includes delivering your orders as quickly as possible. However, several external factors can influence the delivery process, including peak periods and postal service performance. Here are the details regarding our shipping and delivery times.

1-Shipping Time
Shipping time represents the time it takes to prepare your order after it has been validated. This time may vary depending on several factors, including the volume of orders on our website. During busy periods, such as sales or holidays, processing your order may take longer than usual. We generally ship orders within 2 to 9 business days. We do our best to expedite this process, but these times are approximate and may vary.

2-Delivery Time
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times depend entirely on the postal services or carriers chosen to serve your area. In mainland France, these times are estimated between 3 and 6 business days, depending on the destination and the carrier's performance.
Specific Areas and Extended Delivery Times
For deliveries outside mainland France (French Overseas Territories, European Union, or international), delivery times may vary further and may exceed usual delivery times. Please consult the specific conditions for your geographic area when ordering, or contact our customer service for a more accurate estimate.

3-Postal Service Responsibility
Although Jeunesse Dorée ensures that your packages are delivered by reliable carriers, we decline all responsibility for delivery delays attributable to postal services or carriers. Once the order has been shipped, we no longer have any control over possible delays or disruptions due to external circumstances (strikes, weather conditions, periods of carrier overload, etc.).

4- Order Tracking
To provide you with better visibility, we provide you with a tracking number as soon as your package is picked up by the carrier. You can then follow the progress of your delivery in real time on the corresponding postal service's website.

5- Delivery Problems or Delays
In the event of a significant delay or delivery problem, we invite you to contact the postal service directly with your tracking number. If the problem persists, our customer service team remains available to assist you in resolving the incident, although we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

6- Customer Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us through our customer service team. We are committed to providing you with all the assistance necessary to make your experience with Jeunesse Dorée as pleasant as possible.

General Return Policy

At Jeunesse Dorée, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. However, if a product does not meet your expectations or requires an exchange, we have implemented a clear and simple return policy.

Reporting a Product Fault
If you notice a problem or a product fault related to the brand (manufacturing defect, shipping error, non-compliant product), you must report this anomaly to our customer service within 72 hours of receiving your order. After this period, we will no longer be able to accept the product as a defective item. Once the fault has been confirmed, we undertake to exchange it or refund it in the form of a credit note valid for our entire store.

Refunds in the form of a credit note
In all other cases (non-defective product), Jeunesse Dorée offers refunds in the form of a credit note. This credit note can be used across our entire store and allows you to exchange the product or use it for future purchases. You have 7 business days from the date of receipt of the item to request a credit note and exchange your product.

Exchange for an Unsuitable Size
If the product you received is intact, but the size does not fit, you can request an exchange for a different size, under the following conditions:
You must make the request within 7 business days of receiving the product.
Return shipping costs for the size exchange are covered by Jeunesse Dorée if the request is made within this 7-day period.
After this period, return shipping costs will be covered by the customer, and the exchange can only be made after receipt of the returned product.

General Return Conditions
For any return to be accepted, items must meet the following conditions:
Be in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase. Products that do not meet these criteria cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Return Procedure
For all returns, please follow the steps below:
Contact our customer service by email at serviceclient@jeunessedoree.fr to notify us of your return or exchange request. Once your request has been validated, you will receive instructions on how to return your product. Upon receipt of the product and after verifying its condition, we will issue your credit note or ship the desired size.

Limitations and Exclusions
Any product returned after 7 business days, without a prior exchange request, or outside the conditions mentioned above, will not be eligible for a credit note or exchange. Jeunesse Dorée reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with the conditions of this policy.
